The rules for using Casino Sport Match.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or using the Casino Sport Match app ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that using a social-casino app is lawful where you live.
3. What the app is — and is not
Casino Sport Match provides two things: sports information (live scores, match detail, fixtures and news) and social-casino games played for entertainment with virtual coins. The games are for fun only.
- There is no real-money gambling in the app.
- Virtual coins and in-game outcomes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn for money or prizes.
- Sports data is provided for information and entertainment and is not betting advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, you will not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, overload or disrupt the app or its data sources, use it for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to circumvent any technical limitations.
5. Third-party data and content
Scores, statistics, images and news are supplied by third-party providers. We present this content in good faith but do not guarantee that it is always accurate, complete or up to date, and we are not responsible for the content itself.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design system, its branding and its original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app as described in the EULA.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app at any time. We aim to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
