End User License Agreement
The licence that governs your use of the app.
1. The licence
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and the provider of the Casino Sport Match app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to this EULA. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, this EULA is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Grant of licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with this EULA and the App Store terms.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the app to build a competing product, or to scrape or redistribute the data it presents;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
4. Virtual items
The app may include virtual coins and in-game items used within the social-casino games. These are licensed to you for use inside the app only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes, and may be managed or discontinued at our discretion.
5. Ownership
The app, including its code, design system, artwork and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. This EULA grants you a licence to use the app; it does not transfer any ownership to you.
6. Updates
We may provide updates, which may add, change or remove features. This EULA governs any updates unless a separate agreement accompanies them.
7. Third-party terms
The app relies on third-party services and content. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and this EULA does not modify them.
8. Termination
This licence continues until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
9. No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is licensed "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Where the app is obtained through the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
